Tips for Building Websites

When you start to build your website, there are a few things to keep in mind in order to ensure that your website is optimized to appear in a Google search.  In order to push your website in all web browsers, you need to make sure that your website is built and maintained properly.

They begin by Catching: making copies of the website, and then saving a version onto their servers. Then, they maximize and push certain websites to the top of the list by their relevance, which is based on both the web text and keywords embedded in the meta tags of your site.

Clear Navigation

The first thing to be concerned with is a clear navigation bar. Although it may seem like navigation wouldn’t play a role in keywords and search terms, it does. Make sure the font is legible to all readers, and that looking at it doesn’t give anyone a headache. This will help your readers and the Google cache understand what is on the website, as well as how to search for things.

Image Tags

A long time ago, photos were added to a webpage to add some more interest your website. They were largely irrelevant, or even just filler to take up blank space, but, today, they are very important. When you have a photo on your website, make sure it has a title and is tagged with keywords and phrases.

This will also help Google and other search engines to pick up on your website because you’ll have more information about your company online in many different, useful ways.

Design a Site Map

Almost all websites have a site map page listing every page on the site. This is another simple way for to help the search engines pick up the links on your website and cache them.

Not only does it make it even easier for search engines to find you, but it allows your visitors and potential clients to look for specific things on your website more efficiently.

Incorporate Social Media

The last point is this: USE SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLS! Social media allows the public to access and share content on their Facebook, Twitter, Digg, and other networking sites. This spreads your information rapidly and gets you more hits. If your website does not incorporate social media we suggest you add it soon. Word-of-mouth is a powerful thing!

We hope this helps you with your website and brings you up to terms, even a little bit. If you have any questions about any of the items we discussed above, please feel free to leave a comment. If you would like Tek Tonix to build you company website or personal blog, send us an e-mail or message.

We hope to hear from you soon. Your website is waiting!

How design appeals to customers

Design is an essential part of marketing oneself. It draws in an audience to invest in new products or services. Design gives a particular look and feel to your company.

For decades, marketing firms all along Madison Ave used designs, on billboards and in newspaper, to advertise a whole range of products.

In today’s time, that kind of advertisement is much less common on newspapers or magazines. Instead, you find it all over the Internet, being viewed on computers, smart phones, MP3 players, anything with a Wi-Fi connection.

It would certainly not be in the best interest of any company to neglect the opportunity to have their name and image advertised online, whether it be in the form of a business website or on social media sites.

Tek Tonix creates innovative logos, banners, posters, and videos that can be presented both online and in person to help your business reach and impress customers.

Let Tek Tonix help you today! Your website is waiting.

The New Tek Tonix

Welcome to the all new Tek Tonix website! As you can see, we have made some major changes to our company’s look and feel. The first major change was to our service: we no longer provide IT services. We are now a full web and graphic design firm.

We loved helping people and businesses for the duration of our time as an IT company, but it was time for a change.

If you worried about finding a new Computer IT, we have a wonderful company that will take great care of you and your computers: Joe Marazo Computer Repair and Consulting. Tek Tonix has worked with Joe Marazo since the very beginning, and we fully support his services

Tek Tonix’s new design team is dedicated, just as before, to make life long business relationships with both small and large businesses and organizations to help them grow. We work with each client individually to learn how to best represent them both online and on paper with appropriate, professional graphics.

A second, less important change was to our website. Our sleek, newly-designed website and logo is filled with examples of what kind of designs we can do for you and your company! If you don’t see something you need, let us know, and we can design it for you!

We want you to be involved in the process. Leave us your thoughts about our artwork, or even what you think could be improved upon. This company was made to help you, our customers, so let us help you by giving us input to make sure our designs suit your expectations.

The last major addition is called our Partners Page. Companies with who work very closely with us are listed here. We highly recommend each one in their own industries. If you have questions about any of these companies, leave us a message and we can give you more information about them.

We hope to hear from all of you soon. We are very eager to do business in Silicon Valley. Stay tuned to our blog for more updates, tips, and news stories about technology, business, and design.
